Due to the current situation surrounding COVID-19 I have implemented some changes to my procedures and when booking an appointment with me it confirms you agree with these terms & conditions which will help ensure we all stay safe by minimising risks.

Upon booking an appointment with me you will be sent a COVID questionnaire and COVID procedures form which will need to be signed and returned to me prior to our appointment.

These forms highlight all the steps, both virus prevention and infection, along with salon
hygiene health and safety and PPE implementation I will be taking and already follow within my business. This ensures that all my clients as well as myself are as safe as possible. Rest assured this remains my highest priority during this time.

If you feel unwell, have a raised temperature or are exhibiting any of the symptoms of Coronovirus you must not attend your appointment and must let me know as soon as possible.
